Shu Ling started practicing Yoga in 2016 as a form of exercise through chained gym. Having found her passion ( by pulling of muscles, dislocation of knee and unable to keep up with the pace) she decided to embark on the journey to learn proper alignments of Yoga- asana.

There she took a beginner Ashtanga course and had never looked back. After gaining confidence in her practices, she decided to take a leap of faith by resigning her corporate career and further her practice in RYT-200hours Ashtanga teacher’s training in Singapore.

Since that, she has been fully immersing and incorporating the Yogic philosophy, practice and mindset within herself and everyone around her.

As no one style suits all, Shu Ling’s style of teaching is versatile with emphasis on proper alignments and breathing. She hopes everyone is able to find peace and awareness within themselves during their practice and bringing it into their daily lives and to have fun as well.

At the moment, she is pursuing her Aerial TTC.

During her off days, she likes to recall her days spent as an organic farmer in the mountains of Japan and reading. Some of her favorite authors are: Jeffrey Archer, John Grisham, B.K.S Iyengar & Bear Grylls
